The Reading Garden

In silence by Erica Spindler

Welcome back to the forgotten shelf. This is day 22!
Watch the video for today, here or here.

The Book in short
When Avery Chauvin returns to her Louisiana hometown after her father’s suicide, she discovers clippings of a fifteen-year-old murder and learns about recent disappearances and murders that lead her to start an investigation.
I got this information here.

My Thoughts
As I said in the video, I got this book from my grandmother’s shelf after she passed. I have no idea if she ever read it, but I knew I had to. It was a bit of a thriller especially at the first and I am not too keen on that. Therefor I would never have picked up the book myself but I did enjoy it and most of all I think she would have too.

That was the forgotten shelf for today. I’ll see you tomorrow.
