This one was on my list the moment I saw it on my homepage, and it did not disappoint.

My Thoughts
I thought it was so much fun. I really was rooting for them throughout. I loved the twist in Nick’s story and thought it was really well done. When, at the end, they were asked for a sample, I knew right away what the twist was, and I was so here for it. But then there was an even bigger twist, one we could not have known, and I loved it. I thought it was incredibly clever.

I also really liked that Nick had a young daughter; it’s something very real, and I like seeing parents in shows that are more than ‘just’ parents.

At first, I was wondering why Sophia was working two jobs, but that made sense quite quickly, which I thought was pretty good and sound reasoning as well. As I said, I was rooting for them throughout, and I really liked the ending.

I think this film was pretty fun, and I think that if you have a partner or family member who does not love traditional Christmas films, this is a good one to try, as it is not a sappy love story but an action film of sorts that takes place during Christmas.
