Soap and Glory Body Lotion Sugar Crush

Mouthwatering, irresistible, moisturizing! Sugar and lime, are the two things that would make a great cocktail. But does it also make a good body lotion? I took a chance to find out. Soap and glory about their product
They call it a 3-in-1 body lotion. Mouthwatering, irresistible, moisturizing! They say it hydrates! Conditions! And smoothes!

My thoughts
I like it, it’s possible to use on dry skin as well as damp skin. It’s not sticky and goes into your skin quickly. It does what is supposed to. It makes my skin soft and moisturized.  I like to use a lotion with a pump, I dropped the bottle and it didn’t break which is great.

“freshly squeezed sweet lime fragrance” is how Soap and Glory describe the smell. I couldn’t agree more. It’s a fresh limy-lemony sent. It’s lovely. I love fresh scents like this, however, some might find it smelling a bit too sour. The smell doesn’t linger a ton which I like as well.

When I was reading the packaging I saw the following:

“Because this body butter contains AHAs (which may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun) we suggest that during usage of the product and for a week after use of the product has stopped you wear sunscreen, cover up with clothes and limit sun exposure to avoid getting burned. I looked this up and it’s not dangerous but it’s important to note that it’s an exfoliating product. Therefore I don’t use this product on my upper body and my neck. Again, it’s not dangerous. I just choose to be sensible about it. Besides that, I wouldn’t use this product over the summer but because it’s not summer now and I’m wearing a ton of jumpers, I don’t see the harm. I did however want to mention this.

The product sells for 10 pounds but has a lot of special offers. I got mine 3 for 2. The bottle contains 16,9 US fl. Oz./ 500 ml. The products are sold at Boots and online. They have a whole collection with this scent.

Have you tried Sugar Crush? What did you think?

Lots of love,
Melissa
