Schwarzkopf Taft Hairspray

There is this middle ground between having your hair stay in place while not making it stiff, it is, I fear, a never ending quest.

I have been trying a lot of different hairsprays lately but I quite frequently come back to it. This product pairs well with this volume spray. After using the product for what feels like years, it was time to tell you all about it.

What Schwarzkopf says
Schwarzkopf says that their hold 3 hairspray is for all hair type. They say it helps with long lasting hold without leaving a sticky residue making it ways to brush and prevents it from being weight down. They claim it protects the hair against humidity and wind. The spray contains a HaptIQ system that according to Schwarzkopf strengthens the hair. The hairspray is vegan.

Dimethyl Ether, Alcohol denat., Aqua (Water, Eau), Octylacrylamide/Acrylates/Butylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol, Parfum (Fragrance), Sodium Benzoate, Triethyl Citrate, Isopropyl Myristate, Panthenol, Linalool, Benzyl Alcohol, Geraniol, Hydroxypropylgluconamide, Hydroxypropylammonium Gluconate, Methyl Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

My thoughts
It’s not dramatic, not fussy it works. It’s incredible reliable. Truthfully there is something lovely about it.

The scent is not overpowering, there is no chocking cloud (a win). The mist is fine yet strong. It keeps my hair in shape without the crisp feeling I try to avoid at all costs.

If you have very fine hair you might want to try the hold 3 or if your hair is thicker you might want to use hold 5. In general I like this brand for styling products and I think this will remain a staple for a while to come.

This is a product I trust, it’s does what it needs to and for a great price.
