Pantene Pro-V Keratin Repair & Care Hair Mask

Having a bad hair day is not the end of the world, nor is having dry ends. But why wouldn’t you do something about it if you can?

Not everyone loves using a hair mask. I know that for some it can feel quite heavy or they don’t know how to use it with their other hair products such as conditioner. Others again, use a mask instead of a conditioner. It’s a product you either like to use or don’t. For me, I use hair masks sparingly. My hair is already long and heavy meaning if I use a ton of product my wave pattern all but disappears. On the other side of the coin, I do like my end to be moisturised especially when I don’t go to the hairdresser all that often anymore. It helps your hair be less dry at the ends, I use mine as a sort of treatment similar to how you use a face mask.

What says Pantene?
Pantene explains that this hair mask is a great solution if you have damaged hair, as it promises suppleness and shine but also combats styling damage. It makes damaged hair look healthy and shiny again. They also says due to it’s active ingredients it strengthens the hair from root to tip.

My Thoughts
Pantene’s smell is always so very nice. The product comes in a big tub which I have my thoughts on because if it’s wet in the shower I always feel you have to take great care to make sure water does not get into it. A bottle in that case is easier but due to the thickness of the product I understand why this is not an option. It does open easily which is great when you are in the shower. Some products are difficult to open but this one is not which is a great plus.

The scent of the product does stay in the hair but it’s not at all overwhelming which is nice. It makes my ends very soft. As I said it does make my hair a bit straighter than it is naturally but I know that when I use it and it’s no that big of a deal, it’s not too bad I enjoy using it. I think it’s a great product as it’s not too heavy and a good amount of product for the price.
