So… I am back with a heat protection spray and I must say right from the start that my opinions on the heat protection itself have not changed.

What do I think?
As I said before, I don’t really believe in heat protection. But I have used this product for a while. I cannot once again say that it makes a massive difference but it doesn’t smell like anything when put on my hair.

It’s not sticky and I don’t feel it has any negative effects on my hair at all so I dutifully use it as I want to grow my hair a little bit longer. I don’t think it’s life-changing but I do think it does not have any negative effects. So a net positive I suppose.
