Shining Summer Shelf

Picture this: the sun shining on your head. You in your garden or any other outdoor space an ice cold drink next to you, sunnies on your nose and a great book in your hand. That is the vibe of my summer TBR.

After my spring shelf TBR, I had a good look at which books I really wanted to read for the summer. It was such an easy pick, and I must also say that putting them together gives me all the summer vibes I am looking for.

Of course, the first book I felt I wanted to read this summer is You and Me on Vacation.

What book gives more of a vibe for a sunny holiday? After reading Booklovers I have decided to read more of the books I already got from this same author. I am very keen on reading this one.

Now I must say, I waited for this book, the pairing, to come out. When I saw I could finally buy it in UK paperback size (the best size of books), I pre-ordered it.

I know that I need to make time for this one because once I start, I will see it through to the end within the day, as I did with the other books of the same author. I am very excited for this one, my most anticipated book of the year, I must say.

Finally, I chose Happy Place. I think this one will be great. I cannot wait to read more of the author, and I feel that it’s such a fun premise. I can totally see myself in my garden reading this.
