Charlie’s Angels (2019)
When this film came out, I wasn’t really interested to see it. I am not sure why I wasn’t in the mood for it at all. I remember back in the day there where films or a tv show called Charlie’s angles which my dad had seen. I am not sure why but I simply didn’t really think about this film until I saw it on Netflix, It sounded fun so I watched it. At some point on Netflix there isn’t much of interest. I always find it so interesting when I watch Netflix with someone else, for example the Netflix of my mother and brother couldn’t be more different. It’s interesting that what you look at is what you get, this is why I always look up a film I watch on another account and like it on my own. For Netflix to understand what I do and do not like. As I am not interested in wasting my time going through all these films. Also I might add, that if you enjoy something and how much you enjoy it depends a lot on your mood. I have found, which is suppose is very cool. Back to the film, I have read online that it failed, I think this is because people know of it but don’t know enough. I think people that used to watched it and liked it don’t want to ruin that memory with a film they might not enjoy. And people like me I suppose didn’t know much about it and weren’t so interested. I think they did it wrong with the advertisement but that’s just me.
What is the series about?
When a young systems engineer blows the whistle on a dangerous technology, Charlie’s Angels are called into action, putting their lives on the line to protect us all. I got this information here. This film has some serious famous people attached to it, so it’s quit sad that it didn’t do so well as they could have done.

What did I think?
First and foremost I really like Elizabeth Banks, I think she is great. The film was enjoyable enough. I did find that the leading up took a while and when the big reveal happend it went really fast. Which means the pacing was a bit weird for me.What I mean is that you always need a certain built up to a film and then you have the peak, and then you go down. For this film, the climb to the top went slowly but then on the top they bungeejumped right down. Which, personally I think they shouldn’t have. In a film it can be interesting to have some confusion on who to belief and who the good guys or bad guys are. In this film it was pretty clear from the start. Then there was a really small and short confusion which was not really that confusing and then we went right back to what we thought all along. This could have just not been there and it wouldn’t have made the movie any worse. If you want to add a confusing element. Do so, but this truly wasn’t the way. For me sound carries a film. As shots where nothing happens can be incredibly dull and boring. I enjoyed the music that was chosen for the film, it really fit the film. The ending was a bit strange too, I would have liked it better if we could have seen more what it takes to become an angel. As that would have been interesting. Honestly though, was it the best film? No. However you did see they had a good time and I really feel that this is one of those films that’s easy to watch with just really anyone when you don’t know what you want to watch. Maybe I am just the least critical movie go-er of all time. Some of the jokes weren’t supposed to be funny, at least that is what I took away from it. I also read some people say it went on a lot about how men are evil. Which I didn’t took away from the film at all? The hero’s in this film are women, yes. The evil person is a guy, sure. But then saying this is an overall message, it might be me but I didn’t get that from this film. Like I said, it wasn’t the best but it was good enough to enjoy it. I do recommend it if you stumble upon it on Netflix.
This film is available on Netflix. Do you want to know what I feel about other films and series? Click here. Or maybe something completely different click here.
