My Thoughts
When part two came out, I told myself I should watch it right away lest I forget. I even set a deadline of sorts for this post because I knew that if I did not do so, I would not watch it. This did not end up helping whatsoever. I must say, however, when I did start watching, it was an easy watch.

With all the kindness I have, I feel that not every character acting is as good as some of the others. With a pretty strong cast, it stands out a bit more, which is a real shame.
Although I did like the episodes and enjoyed part two a bit more than I did part 1, I do feel that season two followed quite a bit of the same arc as the first season. The teacher who comes to the girls’ dorms, the headteacher, all being bad. It wasn’t surprising in any way, and I would have found it more interesting if they had chosen a different path.
I am also a bit unsure how the magic in this universe works, as it seems that it’s partly genetic, which traits you get. Except a werewolf has a hyde for a father, how this works and its effects has not yet been explained.
I liked Agnes better in part two of the series. I loved Enid and Wednesday’s friendship. I also enjoyed that we learned a bit more backstory about Wednesday’s family. I loved the fact that there was no romantic storyline for Wednesday, as that does not fit her character at all.
I think the new season will be interesting and I will definitely watch.
