After the Credits

The Woman in Cabin 10 (2025)

This film kept showing up at my ‘you might like this list’, so when I was trying to watch something else, I pivoted and decided to watch this instead.

The film in short
A journalist stumbles upon a gruesome secret while travelling aboard a luxury cruise ship.
I got this information here.

My Thoughts
The big reveal at the end was a bit silly in the sense that it was so incredibly obvious. I didn’t like the fact that we did not get a feel for Ben and why he and Laura had broken up. It was a missed opportunity as I had liked for them to reconcile or want to do that at least.

I thought it was interesting, and there were some good things. But then, it just was not that good. It was quite sad, I must say, as I had high hopes for it.

It was quite clear from very early on what was going on, as I said. And thus it wasn’t as thrilling as it could have been. There is also the fact that, as a journalist, she could have gone about it with a bit more tact. If she had her ex might have still been alive.
